Mensch & Mejicanos Inc., operating Causwells (“Causwells,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), uses SMS text messaging for workplace-related operational communications with employees who have affirmatively consented to receive text messages.

For the SMS program, we may collect and maintain information including an employee's name, mobile telephone number, SMS consent status, messages and responses, and information associated with workplace communications such as scheduling, attendance, timekeeping, meal and rest break verification, shift coverage, and related operational matters.

How We Use Mobile Information

Mobile information is used to provide workplace-related SMS communications and to maintain appropriate operational and compliance records.

Mobile Information Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers as necessary to operate the messaging service, such as telecommunications and technology providers that transmit or process messages on our behalf. Message Frequency

Opting Out

Employees may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. After opting out, the employee will no longer receive messages through the SMS program unless they subsequently provide valid consent again.

Employees may reply HELP for assistance.

Data Security and Retention

We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with the SMS program. Records may be retained as reasonably necessary for business operations, payroll and timekeeping administration, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping requirements.
