Participation in the Causwells employee SMS program is completely voluntary and is not a condition of employment, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, or any other employment benefit. You may decline SMS participation and continue employment normally.

If you choose to participate, you may receive operational text messages from Mensch & Mejicanos Inc., operating Causwells, regarding scheduling, attendance, timekeeping, missed clock-outs, meal and rest break verification, shift coverage, and related workplace operations.

Employees who wish to participate voluntarily provide their mobile number and sign a separate SMS consent form. Employees who do not wish to participate simply do not sign the form.
